Three generations off Long Point Road
Roberto Mendoza started fixing pipes out of a garage in 1978. His son ran the shop through the eighties, and after Harvey the two of us worked ninety straight days pulling water heaters out of flooded houses in Spring Branch.
We are still eleven people. We are not a private-equity roll-up with a call center in another state and a script about your "comfort advisor." When you call, you get a Mendoza or somebody a Mendoza trained.
That is the whole pitch. It has worked for forty seven years.
